3. Results and conclusions
A prototype for the monitoring of a photovoltaic installation using LoRaWAN has been implemented achieving a high range, low energy consumption and low equipment cost. The solution allows data communication under the IoT paradigm. The global tool provides analysis for monitored data to estimate the performance of the photovoltaic system through IoT Thingspeak platform(fig.2).Themethodologyemployedtoimplementtheprojectcan beperfectlyreplicable in other fields of renewable energies.
